FH429 Signature Chair by Carl Hansen & Søn

The FH429 Signature Chair was designed by Frits Henningsen, a cabinetmaker who held himself to very high standards. The Signature Chair became his purest, most pared-down design. His interest in achieving comfort and elegance through the use of graceful, curved lines is apparent in this final project.
Its soft, inviting shapes and floating armrests create a simple, organic form that calls for quiet contemplation.
The matching FH430 footstool is available separately for added comfort.

Materials
Carl Hansen & Søn use premium quality Ash, beech, mahogany, oak, teak, and walnut. Finishes available are Soap, clear lacquer, oil, white oil.
Wood is a natural material and may vary depending on the environment - walnut and teak can vary considerably in tone and pattern even within the same log.
