The seat shells of HAY's hugely popular 'About A' Stool collection are now made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic in a harmonious new palette of colours.
This change, along with the FSC-certified wooden bases, and water-based lacquers, mean that these chairs and stools are EU Ecolabelled as a sign of environmental commitment.
Footrests are available in either black powder coated steel or stainless steel.

*Note the Low 65cm model is suitable for most kitchen counters. High 75cm model is more suitable for standard 'true' bar height tables.

Injection moulded solid-coloured polypropylene seat. Made from 100% post- consumer recycled PP. Moulded plywood base. Inner plywood in beech, top veneer in oak or walnut.Ā Stainless Steel Footrest as standard.
